No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unused orders within 14 days of purchase. Email us from the account address.
Which payment methods do you support?
Payments run through Creem (Visa, Mastercard). mada and Apple Pay are under review — Saudi first.
Do I need an account?
Not for light tools. Heavy tools (PDF, images) need an account so we can track the job and keep your results.
